Founded in Colonial Williamsburg in 1993 by Randal C. Duke, CBM has come to represent the very best in the search business.

Mr. Duke, a 1983 graduate of the College of William and Mary, returned to this historic area after gaining 10 years of experience working in the executive search business with the purpose of establishing his own firm. Drawing from the principles of our founding fathers, he applied the industry knowledge gained to provide a higher quality service to his clients.

The mission of CBM is to provide a sharp focus on a few select clients within several industry segments, while maintaining a candidate pool consisting of only top echelon talent. This allows us to conduct our business on a much higher standard than our competition.
